Raymond Felton divorce case: Estranged wife wants prenup tossed, law tuition still paid [VIDEO]

Raymond Felton's estranged wife wants the prenuptial agreement she signed with the New York Knicks guard thrown out and for him continue paying her law school tuition.

According to TMZ, Ariane Raymondo Felton filed documents last month seeking to end her 18-month marriage and is now petitioning to have the prenup they signed declared invalid. The website adds Raymond Felton lists adultery as the reason for her filling her action.

TMZ adds, without going into detail, Ariane Felton indicates she wants the prenup tossed because of Felton's infidelities. The veteran guard was also arrested last week on gun charges after his wife told NYPD he pointed a gun in her direction.

Felton, 29, is now free on bail and hasn't missed any time with the Knicks, who have indicated they plan to stand by him through the legal process.

The website adds Raymondo Felton is also seeking Ariane is also "maintenance," which qualifies as alimony. She also wants Raymond to finish paying for the last two years of her law school education at Fordham University.

Felton has struggled through arguably his worst season as a pro this year, averaging just 10 points and six assists.
